Sharps RoastHouse features craft cocktails, local beers, Northwest wine and the city’s largest collection of spirits. Guests anticipate the spinning of the Wagering Wheel every 30 minutes for the next cocktail bargain. Our family owned and operated Northwest Spirits Distillery crafts small batch bourbon, gin, and vodka for our mixologists to prepare our signature cocktails.  Sharps is a Happy Hour destination, every day from 2-6pm, and we still have the city’s best cocktail bargain, our famous $7.99 scratch Martini.
