Sharps features a one of a kind 25’ Roasting and Smoking Works, where our chefs Applewood Smoke St. Louis Ribs, slow roast our 12 hour salted Hereford 109 cut Prime Rib and baste Washington grown chickens on the rotisserie.
Our beef is fresh chopped to prime grade marbling for our signature Hamburgs, our King Salmon Chowder is always made to order and our sourdough Scala pastas is the perfect shape for our famous Beecher’s Sourdough Mac and Cheese.
*We add a Discretionary 5% Cooks Commission to each check. 100% of this commission goes to our extraordinary culinarians who every day make our Famous Sourdough Pasta, Prime Hamburgs and Scratch Bar Garnishes. 70% Cooks/Pasta, 14% Warewasher, 8% Chef, 8%, Sous (unless Chef or Sous is absent, then their commission goes to the Chef or Sous who is working that day).
