Meet Our Winter Menu

A very warm welcome to Winter in Seattle! Ok, so Winter is a little sluggish this year with moderate temperatures and little snow in the mountains, but that hasn’t slowed us down from launching our new Winter menu at Sharps Roasthouse.  

New for our lunch menu, Protein Loaded Grain Bowls with fresh NW ingredients. These loaded bowls will keep your motor running with a great boost of clean protein.

  • Greek Organic Chicken and Creamy Feta – 50g of NW Air Chilled Chicken Breast
  • Double Smoked Pulled Brisket – 30g of guajillo braised pork harissa vegetables
  • Teriyaki Glazed Organic Chicken- 50g of sliced chicken breast with classic teriyaki.
  • BossBourbon BBQ Pulled Pork – 32 grams of our signature pulled pork, smoked low and slow.
  • WA Gala Apple and Kale Vegan Bowl – 24g of plant-based power!

Sourdough Papardelle also makes its way back on the menu with our Mary’s Organic Chicken in Scratch Double Cream Alfredo and Sanctified Vodka Clam Sourdough Pasta. Two delicious ways to experience and enjoy our family’s signature sourdough starter that has been handed down from 5 generations past and present.
