FAQ
Quick answers about dining, reservations, locations, and all things Sharps RoastHouse.
What’s the ‘Roasting Works’?
Our custom-built 25-foot Roasting Works is the heart of Sharps RoastHouse. It slow-roasts our Hereford prime rib, cold smokes our St Louis baby back ribs, and roasts our rotisserie chicken to juicy perfection — all visible from the dining room. You’ll smell it before you see it.
What’s with the sourdough obsession?
It’s our secret weapon. Our 75-year-old starter flavors everything from pasta to hamburg buns — proof that a little patience (and wild yeast) makes magic.
Do you do happy hour?
Oh, do we ever. 2pm-6pm, 7 days a week. We offer full sized portions at Happy Hour price!
What if I have an allergy?
Ask your server for the allergen menu — we’re happy to guide you.
Kid-friendly? Really?
Yep. Kids love us — maybe it’s the grilled cheese, maybe it’s the mac & cheese. Either way, we’ve got a menu built for families.
What's the wagering wheel?
Ah, the stuff of Seattle legend. Spin it, win it, and see what fate pours your way — discounted drinks, cocktails, or surprises. It’s all in good spirits (literally).
Can I buy your spirits?
Absolutely. Every cocktail we pour features our own Northwest Spirits. Stop by the Woodinville tasting room or shop bottles online — perfect for gifting or home mixing.
What's the vibe like?
Relaxed, lively, welcoming, and family friendly — the perfect stop before or after your flight. Expect the buzz of an open roasthouse kitchen, the aroma of slow-roasted meats, and a bar that feels like a local favorite, just steps from SeaTac Airport.
Is this a good place for date night?
Absolutely. Sharps is lively, cozy, and full of personality — think shareable sourdough pastas, classic cocktails, and a little bit of mystery, magic, and romance.
Is there accessible seating?
Yes. All of our locations follow ADA compliance regulations and are designed to provide accessible entry and seating options. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let our team know when you arrive (or note it with your reservation) and we will gladly accommodate you.
We take accessibility seriously and are committed to ensuring every guest feels welcome, comfortable, and well cared for. We are here to take great care of you!
Do you allow animals inside your restaurants?
In compliance with Department of Public Health regulations, we do not allow animals inside our restaurants, with the exception of Service Animals trained to perform specific tasks. For more information on the definition and requirements of a Service Animal, please visit the ADA website here.
How close are you to the airport?
