By accessing or using the Von’s 1000Spirits or Sharps RoastHouse websites (collectively, the “Sites”), including making reservations or submitting inquiries, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Reservations

Reservations made through our Sites or third-party reservation platforms are subject to availability and confirmation.

Reservation times may be held for a limited period. Late arrivals may result in reduced seating time or forfeiture of the reservation.

Large parties and private events must be booked through our Events Team and may require a deposit.

Event-specific terms, including deposits, minimum spends, cancellation timelines, and menu requirements, will be communicated during the booking process.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs.

 

Online Ordering & Takeout

Online ordering may be available for food only and is subject to acceptance and availability.

Alcoholic beverages are not available for takeout or online ordering.

All prices, menu items, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and pickup information.

 

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverages are available for on-premise consumption only.

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

Valid government-issued identification is required upon request.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service at our discretion.

 

Pricing, Taxes & Gratuity

Prices listed on our Sites do not include applicable taxes or gratuity unless otherwise stated.

Automatic gratuity may be applied to large parties or private events.

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable only at participating locations and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.

Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise noted.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites, including text, images, logos, menus, and branding, is the property of Von’s 1000Spirits and Sharps RoastHouse and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damages resulting from the use of our Sites, including but not limited to technical issues, service interruptions, or errors in content.

Use of the Sites is at your own risk.
